This means that the renter has not yet strongly verified their account. A renter can make a reservation for a boat without verification, in which case they will be labeled as an “unverified user”. This is because if a new user sees a boat that interests them, they can make a reservation right away and then focus on identifying and filling out their CV.
Once the booking has been made the page will suggest identification. If the renter cannot strongly verify themselves they can contact Skipperi's customer service.
