First, let the boat owner know you have made a wrong booking by messaging him through our pages, they can cancel booking that have not been accepted. If the booking is already accepted but not paid for, please inform the owner and also let Skipperi customer service know by email so that we can cancel it for you. If it is paid, please discuss with the owner and let the owner contact us in case we need to change the dates of the booking or cancel it and return the payment to you. Bookings will automatically get cancelled if not paid in the allocated time after the booking has been accepted.
